HOME112 is a building that has recently been re-constructed: it is entirely dedicated to students and managers and it is designed to offer every comfort and service possible to feel like at home.
Guests will take advantage of 9 well kept and cozy apartments as well as common spaces like the library, the relaxing area, the laundry and a private courtyard.
ACCOMODATIONS
HOME112 is a building that has been reconstructed recently, totally dedicated to students and managers: its main aim consists in offering every comfort and service needed to feel like at home.
The building is characterized by 9 apartments which are all structurally different in order to satisfy every necessity. However, every apartment is equipped with a fully furnished kitchen and a fridge, an induction plate, a microwave and a wide range of kitchen tools.
Every guest has a comfortable bed, a desk to study and a wardrobe.
The bathrooms within the apartments are fully furnished and they have comfortable and spacious showers.
Moreover, the apartments display sofa-beds for eventual guests.
Each apartment is equipped with a 1000 MB fiber optic WI-FI, a cooling system and the entire building is secured by a closed-circuit system with high resolution cameras.
The guests can take advantage of common areas like a study room, a relax area, a laundry equipped with washing machines and dryers plus an outdoor green corner.
HOME112 is located in a well-served residential urban context, there are several supermarkets within walking distance; the Montegrappa Metro stop is 5 minutes away on foot and also 5 minutes away from the central railway station Porta Susa and from the city center, with the possibility of quickly reaching any destination.
